We collect your information that you make available to us when intending to enter into business cooperation and that are necessary for the execution of the contract, such as name, address, contact information (email address, telephone number), company name and your position in and we process them during the duration of our contractual relationship and in accordance with tax and accounting regulations. This includes data necessary for the delivery of contracted services, and the issuance of invoices, data proving the authority to enter into a contract, and data collected during communication with us (eg contact information).
If you apply for employment and if we cannot employ you at the moment, we keep your data for another two years for the purposes of your possible employment in that period, and after that period only on the basis of your consent. Certainly, you have the right to request the deletion of your data and based on your request, we will permanently and securely delete and destroy your data, CVs, applications and documentation.

Information you fill in (personal information such as your name, phone, email address, organization) or send by direct email will be processed and stored so that we can contact you and respond to your request. To your initial inquiry via our contact form on the website or directly to our e-mail addresses, we will respond to your request. If further communication between you and Mura metal d.o.o. will not exist, after 6 months we will delete all your personal data.

We provide access to your personal data to authorized external processors for the purpose of processing personal data for on the basis of our explicit instructions and through concluded contracts. Our selected external processing agents are primarily partners and companies that provide us with IT support, maintenance of business applications, maintenance of video surveillance systems, protection of employees and property and other services related to the subject of our business, without which we would not be able ensure the fulfillment of our contractual obligations to you and ensure a high level of quality of our services.
