HOW AND WHAT OF YOUR DATA DO WE COLLECT?
 
We collect your information that you make available to us when intending to enter into business cooperation and that are necessary for the execution of the contract, such as name, address, contact information (email address, telephone number), company name and your position in and we process them during the duration of our contractual relationship and in accordance with tax and accounting regulations. This includes data necessary for the delivery of contracted services, and the issuance of invoices, data proving the authority to enter into a contract, and data collected during communication with us (eg contact information).
 
If you apply for employment and if we cannot employ you at the moment, we keep your data for another two years for the purposes of your possible employment in that period, and after that period only on the basis of your consent. Certainly, you have the right to request the deletion of your data and based on your request, we will permanently and securely delete and destroy your data, CVs, applications and documentation.
 
Although you can use our website without providing any personal information, after contacting us via our contact form or directly via our email addresses, Mura metal d.o.o. collects information about you. Information you fill in (personal information such as your name, phone, email address, organization) or send by direct email will be processed and stored so that we can contact you and respond to your request. Mura-metal will not share your personal information with any third party nor will it allow access to it. To your initial inquiry via our contact form on the website or directly to our e-mail addresses, we will respond to your request. If further communication between you and Mura metal d.o.o. will not exist, after 6 months we will delete all your personal data.
 
If you are under the age of 16, you must enclose the consent of a parent or holder of parental responsibility before providing personal information.
 
AUTHORIZED EXTERNAL PROCESSING
 
We work with partners to help us provide and improve our services and products and make our direct communication with you more efficient. We provide access to your personal data to authorized external processors for the purpose of processing personal data for Mura-metal.hr on the basis of our explicit instructions and through concluded contracts. These partners are obliged to strictly respect the obligation of confidentiality in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the agreements we have concluded with them and in accordance with the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation.
